# Marketing

The marketing console is where SpaceKeep staff manage campaigns, templates, and audiences.

## What you can do

- **Campaigns** — create, edit, schedule, and send campaigns
- **Templates** — design email templates
- **Audiences** — manage recipient lists
- **Schedules** — schedule campaign sends
- **Events** — trigger and track marketing events
- **Send history** — review past campaign sends

## Access

The marketing console is available at [marketing.spacekeep.dev](https://marketing.spacekeep.dev). You need marketing permissions to access it.

## Campaign statuses

| Status | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Draft** | Being created or edited |
| **Scheduled** | Scheduled to send at a future time |
| **Sending** | Currently being sent |
| **Sent** | Successfully sent |
| **Failed** | Send failed |
| **Cancelled** | Cancelled before sending |
