Global Enforcement

How a SpaceKeep Labs account-wide restriction applies to JARVIS, and what you will see if it affects you.

SpaceKeep Labs operates a single access-verification system across its services. When a decision affects your account, it applies everywhere — JARVIS included.

This page is intentionally high-level. It describes what you will experience, not how the check is implemented.

What enforcement does

A restriction is an account-level decision, not a per-service one. JARVIS honours it alongside SpaceKeep and any other SpaceKeep Labs service connected to the same decision.

Two things follow from that:

  • It is not JARVIS-specific. The same decision applies across SpaceKeep Labs services.
  • Signing in again does not clear it. Re-authenticating — with a password, Google, or GitHub — does not create an exception.

What you will see

Your account is restricted

JARVIS shows an informational notice stating that your account has been restricted by SpaceKeep Labs, and that the restriction is not limited to JARVIS. Depending on the decision, the notice may include a reference you can quote to support.

Restricted accounts cannot use JARVIS.

Access cannot be verified right now

Sometimes JARVIS cannot confirm your access — a temporary problem on the verification side rather than a decision about your account.

In that case JARVIS shows a short temporarily unavailable notice and asks you to try again. This is temporary and non-destructive:

  • Your account and data are untouched.
  • No restriction is recorded.
  • Every later request simply checks again, so a brief outage never turns into a lockout.

If you see this, wait a moment and retry. If it persists, it is not something you caused.

What this means for you

Situation What to do
Temporarily unavailable notice Wait, then choose Try again
Restricted notice Read it, then contact support if you believe it is wrong
Normal use Nothing to do

What enforcement does not do

  • It does not delete your conversations, memories, or tasks.
  • It does not expose any account data to anyone else.
  • It does not apply to accounts without a restriction.
